Wine Marinade

After receiving a couple bottles of wine as gifts and not knowing what to do with them (we are not wine drinkers!) I set out to find a great marinade recipe...I found lots of recipes, and kind of 'frankensteined' a recipe together :)
We have never been huge pork chop fans, but with this recipe we eat them often now! They turn out so tender and juicy!

Wine Marinade
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/3 Cup Red Wine
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 Tsp. Ground Ginger
1 Tsp. Honey
2 Tbsp. Sugar

Mix everything together and pour over meat. Refrigerate until ready to use. Best if you marinade at least for the day, even better over night! We BBQ these, saving the liquid in the container and basting the pork chops just before removing them from the grill. So yummy and so tender!
