Baby Food - Beet Yogurt

My daughter was doing really well with chunky solids and then she got a little sick and seems to be wary of food all over again...sigh. She loves yogurt and I usually mix unsweetened apple sauce with plain yogurt for her. I was out of apple sauce but had pureed beets in the fridge. On a whim I mixed some together and she loves it! It just goes to show that no combination is too weird to try!
And its a nice pretty pink too :)
